日本Saitama University (琦玉大学),是一所位于东京附近的综合性国立大学,文理工医农等,学科门类齐全,特别是工科在日本有较高的声誉。该校现面向我院在读硕士生招收攻读博士学位的候选人。一旦录取,将享有日本政府全额奖学金,学费全免,并提供往返机票。
基本要求是:明年10月入学,故必须在明年9月前能获得硕士学位,且学习成绩优良;对LED的制备和表征技术有浓厚兴趣,且愿意学习者;有一定英文基础(日语暂不作要求)。

Any students:
(a) who will graduate (or graduated) from Mr. course with excellent grades,
(b) who can enter the Dr. course in the Graduate School, Saitama University at the beginning of Oct. 2013.
(c) who wants to study on the field of semiconductor light emitting diodes (UV and visible LEDs by AlGaN or InGaN QWs and their optical characterization in Kamata Lab.),
(d) with English ability (Japanese is not necessary),
The applicant needs to prepare attached papers and send them back to me hopefully by the beginning (at latest the middle) of January 2013.
An internet interview will be made during the middle of January by Kamata.
Final judgment will be done at the middle of Feb. 2013.
The invitation condition will be the same next year.
