In 2004, vice secretary Ling Yang and three professors of SEU visited Cambridge University.
In 2005,Southeast university signed a memorandum of cooperation with Engineering department of Cambridge University.
In 2005,professor Crossland of Cambridge visited SEU on invitation,and employed to be a visiting professor of SEU.
In 2007,professor Crossland and Milne(dean of Electronic Engineering department)visited SEU,they came to an agreement on cultivating joint-training graduate students on scarbon nanotube field emission technology.
Recently,SEU and Cambridge intend to open "Nano engineering courses".
