He got his B.S, M.S. and Ph.D degree from Nanjing University, Nanjing Institute of Aeronautics, and Zhejiang University, respectively. He joined Southeast Univ. in 2004 as a professor after six years research work in Univ. of Electro-Communication (Japan) and Univ. of Arkansas (USA).
