研究成果

 在量子点的制备、掺杂、包壳、发光调控及调控机理、 LED 器件等方面均具有夯实的研究基础,发表 SCI 论文 30 余篇,申请专利 8 余项。申请项目包括国家自然科学基金-青年基金与面上基金,江苏省自然科学基金-青年基金与优秀青年基金等。
