2007.09-2011.06 南京大学物理学院,获理学学士学位,专业为物理学(微电子学);

2011.09-2016.06 南京大学电子科学与工程学院,获工学博士学位,专业为电子科学与技术;

2015.02-2015.07 获国家留学基金委资助到英国谢菲尔德大学III-V族国家研究中心访问研究;

2016.03-2017.12 华为技术有限公司南京研究所,预研工程师;

2017.12-至今 东南大学电子科学与工程学院先进光子学中心,讲师。

研究成果

Adv. Func. Mater.Appl. Phys. Lett.Nanotechnology等国际重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文20多篇,其中有3篇第一作者论文被选为当期杂志封面高亮论文报道;申请中国专利4项,其中已授权1项。博士论文获得2017年南京大学优秀博士学位论文和江苏省优秀博士学位论文。主持国家自然科学基金-青年基金项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金-青年基金项目1项。部分代表性论文如下:
