From September 1995 to December 2012, obtained a doctoral degree in Testing and Metrology Technology and Instruments from the School of Science, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. (Master's and Doctoral Joint Program, Supervisors: Professor He Anzhi/Dean, Professor Yan Dapeng/Dean) From October 1991 to July 1995, graduated from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Testing and Metrology Technology and Instruments. Work Experience
*From July to October 2025, I will conduct a high-level visit to the School of Engineering at the University of Melbourne in Australia to research fiber optics, nano microstructures, and laser technology. (Collaborating mentor Kenneth Crozier, Fellow/Deputy Director) *From March 2023 to March 2024, participated in the Zhongke Shenguang Science and Technology Innovation CEO Special Training Class at the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics Hangzhou Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the first batch of students graduated. *Starting from May 2022, I worked part-time as the Deputy General Manager of Science and Technology at the Wuxi Base of Ruike Laser Company (stock code: 300747) East China Headquarters. (Listed in Jiangsu Province's Talent Plan on March 8, 2023) *In 2018, I received funding from the Education Department of Jiangsu Province and visited the Engineering Department of the University of Cambridge in the UK from June 2019 to July 2020 to study optoelectronic materials and devices. (Collaborating mentors: Academician Ian White/Vice President, Academician Richard Penty/Vice President) *From August 2015 to August 2016, served as the Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Jiangbei New Area Management Committee at the national level in Nanjing. (Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Mayor's Group) *From January 2010 to December 2014, served as the Vice Dean of the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Southeast University, responsible for graduate enrollment and training. *From September 2009 to December 2013, concurrently served as the Executive Deputy Secretary General of Jiangsu Optical Society, responsible for academic exchanges and daily affairs. *From June 2008 to June 2009, I went to one of the three major optical centers in the United States CREOL@UCF Engaged in research in nonlinear optics. (Co supervisors Professor Eric Van Stryland/Dean, Professor David Hagan/Dean) *In 2006, he was selected for the China Scholarship Council's government-sponsored study abroad program, and from September to December 2007, he studied at the Overseas Training Department of Shanghai International Studies University. *In 2004, he stayed on campus to teach, and in 2005, he was selected to join the Excellent Young Teacher Teaching and Research Funding Program of Southeast University. *In 2002, it was awarded the 31st batch of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation funding. Obtained the qualification of associate professor in 2003. *In 2001, I entered the postdoctoral research station of Electronic Science and Technology at Southeast University, mainly engaged in the study of the interaction mechanism between lasers and organic materials.
