Host Brief Introduction:
Focused on the biological effects and ultra-sensitive detection of new materials (such as two-dimensional materials and polymer materials). The work involves high-resolution electron microscopy of two-dimensional materials, on-demand construction of new devices, ultra-fine processing and characterization of nanostructures and devices, and the interaction between biological materials and biomolecules (such as DNA and proteins), etc.
Research Projects:
Major Projects in the past five years: 1. National Natural Science Foundation of China, General Program, Research on the Massively Parallel Single-cell Whole Genome Sequencing Method Based on Microfluidic Channels and Nucleic Acid Two-dimensional Codes, participated; 2. National Natural Science Foundation of China, General Program, Research on DNA Single-molecule Sequencing Technology Based on Sub-nanometer Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy, led; 3. Ministry of Science and Technology, National Key Research and Development Program, Research on Failure Types and Fault Analysis Methods of Micro-nano Sensors, participated; 4. Ministry of Science and Technology, National Key Research and Development Program, Research on the Detection and Application of Protein Machinery Conformational Spatiotemporal Signals in Nanodevices: Sub-project "Detection of Protein Machinery Impedance Spectroscopy and Liquid Electron Microscopy Imaging Technology in Nanodevices", participated.
